摘要：“民以食为天，食以安为先”。食品是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础，在人类的发展史上占据着不可或缺的地位。食品的安全关系着人们的生命健康，也影响着社会经济的发展。近期，不断发生的食品安全事故让人触目惊心，防不胜防。《食品安全法》颁布后，社会上食品安全问题在一定程度上得到了缓解。基于此，本文拟从食品安全法律制度存在的主要问题出发，结合国外完善食品安全法律制度的经验，进而对我国完善食品安全法律制度提出了若干具体的建议。

After Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China promulgated.Food safety problems in society in a certain extent obtain alleviating.According to these, this articlefrom the food safety laws are the main problem of the system.Based on the foreign food safety law system of perfect experience. And then, for our country to improve food safety laws system puts forward some specific Suggestions.
