摘要:贸易结构是一国对外贸易的基础，贸易结构的变动，不仅关系着一国的对外贸易活动，同时也和一国的经济发展息息相关。自改革开放以来，中国对外贸易持续、稳定的发展，无论从贸易规模的扩展上还是在结构的优化上都取得了长足的进步。中国现已成为世界第三大贸易国，中国对外贸易已成为世界贸易的重要组成部分,其发展和变化对中国经济和世界经济愈益产生重要的影响和不可替代的作用。

　　　本文在借鉴前人研究的基础上，探索了国内的现状，并分析了人民币升值的国内外原因。收集相关数据，对我国现阶段对外贸易结构的现状进行分析，提出了现阶段中国对外贸易结构存在的不足，如加工贸易比重仍占大部、资源和劳动密集型产品贸易环境恶化、资本与技术密集型产品有待进一步提高国际竞争力等。而后分析了人民币升值对我国对外贸易结构的积极影响和消极影响，继而对出现的问题提出了建立外贸调控体系、促进多元化发展、优化出口商品结构、开拓新的国际市场、加快贸易方式转化等政策性的建议。

Abstract:Trade struture is the foundation of a country’foreign trade,the trade struture’althration is connected not only with the foreign trade, but also with the economy development. Since the reformation and being open to the world, China’s foreign trade has developed steadily both in scale and structure.Now,China has been the third big tread country in the world, China’s foreign tread has taken the most important part in the world trade, its development and movement influence both China and the world economy. 

On the basis of the previous research, this essay explores the current situation inland, and analyzes the domestic and overseas reasons of RMB's upvaluation. Through gathering the relevant data, it does an analysis on the current  structure of foreign trade in our country, then finds the drawbacks as well, for example, processing trade still occupying too much proportion, resource and labor intensive product trade deteriorating the environment, capital and technology intensive product still requiring improving the international competitive force. After that, it analyzes the negative and positive effects on the structure of foreign trade in our country, causing from the upvaluation of RMB. Besides, it raise some policy advices on these problems.
