摘要:在当今社会,连锁经营这种经营方式已逐渐成为我国经济发展的重要力量之一。在我国,大部分餐饮连锁企业以直营连锁和特许连锁为主要的经营形式。而随着互联网的普及,更多的餐饮企业学会了运用网络等高端手段进行产品营销,吸引消费者,将科技创新融入经营过程之中,这也已成为时下最火热的经营模式之一。连锁餐饮企业现在在我国呈规模化增长,但不少企业却始终逃不开失败的命运,消失于公众的视野之中。我国连锁餐饮企业面临着许多问题和挑战,缺乏专业化的管理人才以及规范化的管理方式,使得企业在管理方面问题重重。产品质量控制力不足导致对企业形象及顾客造成影响。缺乏创新能力,一味地学习外国连锁企业盲目扩张最终走向失败的边缘。面对以上种种不足之处,企业应当从星巴克这样的成功企业中学习经验,从中反思,以弥补自己的薄弱之处。企业应学习星巴克经营管理中在灵活选择经营模式,注重人才培养,保证产品品质及质量,在新产品研发和创新等方面优势,在自身企业建立完善成熟的经营管理模式,注重人才的培养,全面提高员工素质。并对产品质量严格把关,杜绝不合格产品流入市场,提升企业创新能力,无论在产品口味或者是经营模式上寻求符合企业发展的正确道路。

Abstract: Now the chain-operation become an important part of the economy development in china. Most of business forms are regular chain forms and franchise chain forms,And with the popular of internet,more and more enterprises use high technology to attract consumers.It also becomes a popular way in chain business.The chain dining enterprises have a scale growth in our country,but still there are many that fail and finally disappear in public. China's chain catering enterprises are facing many problems and challenges , the lack of professional management talents and standardized management, leads a lot of problems in management. The lack of product quality control does harm to consumers and companies . Lack of innovation, learning a foreign chain enterprises, blindly expansion lead to the failure.Faced with all these shortages,companies should learn from successful companies like Starbucks, from reflection to make up their own weaknesses . Companies should learn to choose the business model rightly,focus on personnel training , to ensure product quality and quality , in terms of new products , such as R & D and innovation advantage in their enterprises to establish a sound and mature management mode , attention to personnel training, improve the quality of staff. And strictly control the product quality, to eliminate substandard products into the market , enhance innovation capability, to seek the right path in terms of product taste or business model.
