摘 要:国务院总理温家宝在政府工作报告中指出，将完善人民币汇率形成机制，增强人民币汇率双向浮动弹性，保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定，并将大力发展外汇市场，丰富外汇产品。由此可见，对人民币汇率形成机制的改革具有重大的意义，它既是社会主义市场经济体制改革的内在要求，也是充分发挥市场作用的重点，同时更是深化经济体制改革的重要内容。

   本文试图解决以下问题：人民币汇率形成机制存在哪些问题；人民币汇率形成机制对于我国的经济造成哪些影响；针对人民币汇率形成机制的缺陷，我国应该如何继续推进汇改。认清人民币汇率形成机制的缺陷以及对我国经济的影响，对于继续推进人民币汇率形成机制改革，保证我国经济平稳、持续增长具有现实意义。

ABSTRACT:In 2012, Chinese premier wen jiabao in his government work report points out that the government will improve the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, strengthen the flexibility  of two-way floating of RMB exchange rate , keep the RMB exchange rate stable basically at a reasonable and balanced level , and will develop the foreign exchange market, abundant foreign exchange products. Thus, further improve the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism is of great importance,keeping improving the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism is the inherence demand of establishing and improving the socialist market economy,taking full advantage of the marketing in the resource allocation,it is also the important content of further improving the finance system.

This essay tries to do to the questions follow:the problems of the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism; the influence of the RMB exchange rate formation takes to the economy;the solutions we can do to the problems.It has a significant means to further improve the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and keep the economy developing stable.
