摘要:中小企业在广东省经济中的地位占据非常重要地位，政府也采取了相应的扶持中小企业发展的政策和措施，但由于近年来世界格局的变化，以及新的贸易模式产生，广东省进出口贸易受到了极大的冲击，加上这两年人民币加速升值，国内通货膨胀严重，劳动力成本上升，其他发展中国家加入竞争，土地成本上升，导致广东省进出口行业严重萎缩下滑，由于资金，规模，人才，技术，设备等条件限制，这些现象在中小企业中尤为严重，而近年来发展势头迅猛的电子商务成为了企业转型的首选，本文将结合广东省目前形势来探讨国际贸易中小企业发展国际电子商务模式可行性以及涉及到的问题带来的机遇与挑战进行分析。
