摘要:中小企业在我国国民经济和社会发展中具有重要地位和作用，它为社会提供了不少的就业岗位和经济增长动力，为社会经济的发展作出了不可忽视的贡献，是推动我国经济发展的主力军。但是阻碍中小企业健康发展的外贸融资问题是一直以来备受关注的问题。外贸融资是关系到中小企业创建与生存发展的关键所在。目前制约中小企业发展的主要障碍就是融资困难，这个问题是否能够得到有效解决,不仅关系到中小企业的健康成长,更关系到国民经济目标的实现,而中小企业融资难现状中的问题是多重而复杂的。文章致力于通过成因分析，提出一些改善我国中小企业外贸融资环境有效措施和解决方法来促进我国中小企业外贸融资的发展。

Abstract:SMEs have an important position plays an very indispensable role in national economic and social development . They provide the commumity with a lot of jobs and economic growth momentum ,making a significant contribution to social and economic development ,is the main force to promote Chinese economic development.But hinder the healthy development of SMEs trade finance has been concern.Trade finance is very important to SMEs’ creation and it’s the key to SMEs’ survive and development. At present ,the main obstacles constraining the development of SMEs is finance difficulties. This problem can be effectively addressed or not,not only related to the healthy growth of SMEs,but also related to the national economy to achieve.But the finance difficulty of SME is multiple and complex .This article is committed by causes,to making some effective measures to promote the improvement of Chinese foreign trade finance for the development of Chinese  SME foreign trade finance .
