摘要:华为公司就是较早进行国际化的中国企业。自1996年开始,华为国际化经历了屡战屡败,屡败屡战的艰难历程。但十几年的国际化辛勤耕耘,总算取得了阶段性的收获。尽管如此,华为国际化的道路并不会从此一路平坦,相反华为的国际化之路将面临更加艰难的挑战。如何打开并赢得欧洲、北美等发达国家电信市场,是华为公司国际化征程中必须迈过的一道坎。华为公司需要好好总结十几年国际化过程中的经验,为下一步国际化战略取得优异成绩奠定坚实的基础。
本文主要选取跨文化管理的角度,分析了华为国际化道路上跨文化沟通的经验和教训。首先提出普遍跨国企业跨文化沟通的障碍,再探讨了目前华为公司国际化面临的沟通问题和应对策略,通过分析其跨文化管理的得失,总结经验教训,并在论文最后得出给中国企业跨国经营在文化管理方面的启示。

Abstract:HUAWEI is one of the early Chinese enterprises that adopt the internationalization strategy. Since 1996, HUAWEI has gone through a lot of ups and downs. But HUAWEI has made their way to success. It is the largest networking and telecommunications equipment supplier in China and the second-largest supplier of mobile telecommunications infrastructure equipment in the world (after Ericsson).However, it will meet even more challenges in the future, for it has not yet thoroughly entering into Euro-American markets.
The main object of this dissertation is to sum up their experience and draw the necessary lessons, and enlighten the other transnational corporation in China.
