摘要：对靖江港港口的研究受启发于近几年当地港口物流的迅速发展，通过对扬子江港务，物流园区的实地参观及资料搜集，该课题的研究主要针对在靖江港的现状中遇到的发展问题提出策略，并正确定位，寻求在竞争中与邻近港口合作发展。本文采用SWOT研究方法，针对靖江港总体物流发展进行研究。同时根据分析结论提出政策建议。

Abstract: Study on Jingjiang port is inspired by local rapid port logistics development in recent years, through the Yangtze river port operations, site visits and data collection, logistics park.The study focuses on the development problems encountered in the status of Jingjiang port and propose the development of strategy, positioning the correct location , seeking the development of competition in cooperation with the neighboring ports.This paper uses the SWOT method for the Jingjiang harbor overall logistics development study.Make policy recommendations based on analysis conclusion.
