摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，国家兴办了越来越多的高等院校，我国的高校事业取得了很大的进步。很多高校扩大了招生规模，使我国的大学生越来越多，另外随着市场经济的发展，企业各行业各部门之间竞争加剧，所以很多企业对无经验的大学生提出了更高得要求，这一系列的因素让大学生面临着严重的就业压力，大学生就业问题日益严重。

　　　本文基于目前大学生就业形势严峻的现状，对大学生就业问题进行了系统的调查，并且根据调查结果对大学生就业难的原因进行了详细的分析，进而在此基础上给出了从大学生自身、学校、家庭、社会、政府等各个环节改善大学生就业的具体措施。通过各个环节的努力和社会各界人齐心协力的付出，是可以改善并进而解决大学生就业问题的，这对于保障大学生的切身利益，最终实现社会和谐稳定发展具有重要的现实意义。

ABSTRACT：With the highly development of economy, China's higher education has made great progress. Many universities have expanded the scale of enrollment in recent years, ,which makes a great increase in the number of College students., On the other hand ,with the development of market economy, and the increased competition between the industry, each enterprise recruitment of students is also a corresponding increase in the threshold. This combination of factors make the increasingly fierce competition in the university graduates employment .the employment of college students has becoming more and more serious.

　　　 Based on the present situation of College Students' employment situation, a general investigation on the problem of employment of university students was carried out, and according to the results of the investigation on the reasons of the difficult employment of college students were analyzed in detail. Detailed measures were given to every parts from the students themselves and schools to families and the society. The government should also improve the employment of college students. By the efforts of all the society, the situation of employment can be improve and solved.  It can not only protect the benefits of students, but also do well to the harmonious and stable social development.
