摘要:伴随着网络经济的飞速发展,企业获得了巨大市场机会,同时也面临着前所未有的市场竞争挑战,这使得企业必须改变原有的传统思路,紧跟网络经济的发展步伐,利用新意识、新思路、新方法、新技术才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过分析网络经济下市场竞争的特点,提出了以企业核心竞争力为基础的发展战略。接着着重回顾了苏州金龙创办十几年来的历程,分析苏州金龙如何一步一个脚印的实现企业零贷款,零负债,积累了比较雄厚的经济基础,建立起了一套健全的生产管理体系,形成了具有自身特点的企业核心竞争力。
文章最后通过对网络经济下苏州金龙核心竞争力的分析,阐述了苏州金龙不能被现有的核心竞争力所麻痹,必须从产品创新、企业信息化和人才管理等方面综合开发培养自身核心竞争力,保持自己的持续竞争优势。

Abstract:With the rapid development of network economy, enterprise has obtained the huge market opportunities, while also facing the hitherto unknown challenges of market competition, the enterprises must change the traditional ideas of the original, the pace of development with network economy, use new consciousness, new ideas, new methods, new technology can in the fierce competition in the market remain invincible. This article analyzes the characteristics of the market competition in network economy, put forward the development strategy to the enterprise core competitiveness based. Then it reviews the Suzhou kinglong founding of ten years, analysis of the implementation of enterprise Suzhou kinglong to work steadily zero loans, zero debt, has accumulated a solid economic foundation, established a sound production management system, has formed the core competitiveness of the enterprises own characteristics.Finally, through the analysis of the network economy Suzhou kinglong core competitiveness, elaborated the Suzhou kinglong cannot be the existing core competence by paralysis, must from product innovation, enterprise and talent management comprehensive development and cultivate their own core competitiveness, to maintain their sustainable competitive advantage

核心竞争力就是一种相比于其他竞争者更能满足顾客的需要并且不容易被竞争对手效仿的能力,是企业管理整合而形成的。企业核心竞争力是决定企业能否在长期市场竞争中一直保持优势的基础和源动力。本文主要研究的是网络经济下企业核心竞争力的新形式,并由此探究网络经济下我国企业为什么缺乏核心竞争力以及在核心竞争力方面的误区。
核心竞争力的评价体系一直没有特定的标准,笔者通过查阅相关资料并且结合我国企业发展的现状适当性的建立了一个评价企业核心竞争力的指标体系。文章最后通过研究苏州金龙的创业历程,从中探究苏州金龙从一个不足一提的小企业发展成客车市场上的巨头所依靠的核心竞争力。最后又结合网络经济的新形势讨论了苏州金龙接下来该如何提高自己的核心竞争力使得其能在网络竞争的新环境下继续实现企业的“向阳式发展”。
