摘要:经济一体化席卷全球的背景趋势下,无论是国际还是国内的竞争都愈演愈烈。现在的时代是信息的时代,是电子商务的时代,大企业利用自己独特的优势和电子商务的应用已取得一席之地,而对于数量众多的中小企业来说,不仅缺乏资金、人才和技术,信息也相对落后。电子商务作为信息时代的产物和宠儿,它的出现使中小企业没有了规模效应的阻碍,能与大型企业站在同一起跑线上。
电子商务的应用给中小企业提供契机的同时也遇到许多问题,中小企业电子商务的应用水平、能力、规模等与国外还存在很大差距。在当前背景下,本文通过对电子商务内涵及应用的研究,以邳州市常春银杏苗圃公司为例,利用SWOT分析方法对公司内外部环境进行深入的分析从而提出解决方法,同时说明了选择该公司的典型意义,对此以邳州市常春银杏苗圃公司为例也给出了江苏省中小企业电子商务应用遇到的问题及应对策略,阐述了江苏省中小企业电子商务应用模式及发展策略。

Abstract:Under the background of economic integration across the world,whether international or domestic competition intensified.Now it's the age of information and Electronic commerce , large companies making use of their own unique advantages and the application of e-commerce have made a place.As for large numbers of minor enterprises,human resources,fund,technology and information are in a relative weak position.The emergence of e-commerce makes the minor enterprises break through the traditional factors,owning the opportunity of fair competition with large enterprises.
Although the application of electronic commerce to small and medium-sized enterprises provide an opportunity, but also encountered many problems,there is a big gap in level, ability, scale from other countries.In the current context,In this paper, through the research on the connotation and application of electronic commerce,taking PIZHOU Changchun ginkgo nursery company as an example,by using the method of SWOT analysis to get the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats,a deep analysis on its so as to put forward the solving methods,At the same time illustrating the typical significance of selecting the company,giving the meeting questings and Solution strategy for Electronic commerce application of small and medium-sized enterprises,Elaborating the electronic commerce application mode and the development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises in JIANGSU Province

目前政策上也向中小企业倾斜,中小企业迎来了高速发展的有利时机。我省中小企业的规模、能力、水平与国内的很多城市,如北京、广东等还有一定差距,在很多方面存在不足,如电子商务的应用多倾向于信息发布;网站信息更新滞后;网上采购比例大于网上销售比例;在线支付刚开始使用不久,还有许多地方存在不足等。因此本文着重研究江苏省中小企业电子商务应用,找出应用中的不足,寻找更加合适的电子商务模式,提高电子商务的应用水平,使中小企业正确和合理地应用电子商务来发展自己,抓住机会,在新的挑战中立于不败之地。
