摘要:当前网络经济已经成为促进各国经济发展，拉动就业，优化产业结构的强劲引擎。如何发展网络经济，培育相关的产业是促进经济和社会发展的客观要求与必然选择。加速发展网络经济，也是连云港未来的发展战略选择。

　　　本文从网络经济的内涵、特征入手，阐述了连云港网络经济的意义，并立足于连云港网络经济发展现状，客观分析了网络经济在连云港的进展与问题。在借鉴欧美等发展网络经济的成功经验的基础上，连云港能够从中探索出符合其自身特色的网络经济发展之路，即在连云港发展网络经济的战略目标指引下，将传统经济和网络经济相结合，选择多层次、多样化的发展模式，在建设网络经济体制的道路上，引进网络经济创新体系，加快建设网络基础设施，加大网络教育，并且改善发展网络经济的外部环境。

　　　在我国共有14个沿海城市，连云港就是其中之一，它的地理位置及其特殊，在沿海生产主轴线和陇海兰新生产主轴线的交汇处。它的东面是韩国、日本，西面是中西部地区，南面是长江三角洲地区，渤海经济区位于其北面，是欧亚大陆桥的东桥头堡，它起到了沟通东西南北的重要作用。近年来，国家大力支持西部大开发战略，并且实施江苏沿海地区的开发，连云港是周围九个省最短的出港口，它被国家赋予了率先实现发展经济，起到领头羊的作用，带动其它地区的经济发展的使命，因此，连云港的战略地位将会被更加的凸显出来。

　　　但是，与其它沿海港口发达的城市相比较，连云港的工业化程度相对较低，临港的一些产业发展相对滞后，而且具有较低的产业层次，没有足够的技术创新能力，严重缺乏带动其产业发展的强力支柱产业和其他一些附加值比较高的产品，大型的龙头企业和配套其延伸的产业链条也是它非常缺乏的。连云港的现代服务业发展滞后，很多产品都是通过其它大城市来分销，金融服务、旅游服务、物流服务等生产服务业不发达。连云港产业内缺少一些大的集团、大规模的企业和一些品牌影响力很强的公司，这些都导致了它与其它大的城市产生了较大的差距。

　　　所以对连云港市来讲，网络经济的发展是进一步提高连云港经济增长的一种方式，是现代经济发展的标志。连云港是沿海城市，以进出口为主加快经济的发展。但是当前的技术已经不适合其发展模式。只有进一步将网络技术融合进现代经济的发展，才能迅速的促进经济的发展。充分利用网络经济的发展，将会大大提高连云港的经济增长。

　　　本文将针对连云港网络经济发展的现状及问题进行研究，重点解决连云港市网络经济发展面临的问题，提供解决问题的一些对策与建议，从而为连云港政府及各大中小企业在网络经济发展过程中提供理论支持。
