摘要：改革开放以来中国经济一直处于又好又快的发展状态，人民币汇率的稳定，整体经济实力和国际影响力逐年增长，为人民币国际化提供了强有力的国力支撑；我国还积极发展与周边国家和地区的睦邻友好关系，加强世界其他国家和地区的往来和合作，为人民币国际化营造了一个和平稳定、平等互信、合作共赢的政治环境。

　　　目前，人民币国际化的呼声越来越高，2009年以来中国政府也逐步推出相关政策来配合推进人民币国际化。现阶段，人民币已逐渐成为部分国家和地区的货币互换和边境贸易结算过程中追捧的对象。大量人民币在境外流通，人民币国际化进程已显端倪，因此对于人民币国际化的问题的研究具有很强的现实意义和理论意义，一方面可以完善人民币国际化的理论，另一方面，通过对人民币国际化存在问题的分析可以部分解决人民币国际化的问题，推动人民币国际化的进程。

　　　文章在研究人民币国际化的背景和意义的基础上，分析我人民币国际化在周边国家和地区流通的现状，指出了人民币国际化存在的问题和困境，提出了解决我国人民币国际化的建议和对策，并对人民币国际化的前景表示了期望。

ABSTRACT：Since reform and opening of China's economy has been in a state of good and fast development of the RMB exchange rate stability, the overall economic strength and international influence year by year, for the internationalization of the RMB to provide a strong national support; China has also actively develop cooperation with neighboring countries and region neighborly relations, strengthening other countries and regions, exchanges and cooperation, internationalization of the RMB to create a peaceful, stable, equality and mutual trust, cooperation and win-win political environment. 

    At present, the RMB internationalization is increasing, since 2009 the Chinese government has gradually introduced policies to promote the internationalization of RMB match. At this stage, the RMB has gradually become part of the national and regional currency swaps and cross-border trade settlement process of the object of pursuit. Large amounts of RMB in circulation outside the RMB internationalization process has been significantly clues, so the issue of the RMB internationalization research has a strong practical and theoretical significance, one can improve the RMB internationalization theory, on the other hand, through the RMB analysis of international problems can be partially solved RMB internationalization issues, and promote the process of internationalization of the RMB. 

    Articles in the study of RMB internationalization background and significance, based on the analysis of our internationalization of RMB circulation in the neighboring countries and regions, the status quo, that the internationalization of the RMB problems and difficulties, suggested a solution of the RMB internationalization suggestions and countermeasures , and the prospect of RMB internationalization expressed expectations.

　　　虽然人民币尚未完全自由兑换，但近年来人民币在我国周边地区的流通规模不断扩大，能够加快人民币国际化进程。由于世界金融危机，美国的经济衰退导致了美元在全球地位的下降，我国经济地位的不断增强，带来人民币信誉的逐渐提高，使得我国人民币国际化有了新的机遇与挑战。但是我国人民币国际化程度较低，尚处于起步阶段；我国的政治经济条件、金融市场条件、金融体制条件等几方面都不够完善，对人民币国际化进程有一定的不利的影响。
