摘要:如今，好多国家都在提倡低碳。发展低碳农业已成当务之急。本文通过文献、期刊、网络、走访、等方法探讨了苏州低碳农业和外贸的互动机制。双方的互动主要体现在：苏州低碳农业技术的外贸交易、低碳技术人员的引进、低碳农产品的出口促进了外贸的发展；低碳农业处于开发性阶段、规模小、劳动力成本的提升又抑制了外贸的发展；苏州外贸公司管理体制不健全、规模小等方面又抑制了低碳农业的发展。构建低碳农业和外贸的互动机制需要政府搭台，拉进低碳农业和外贸的距离，让低碳农业者和外贸公司互相参与到对方的生产或经营运作中去。以上做法的落实，能让苏州低碳农业和外贸达成良性的互动。

Abstract:Today, many countries are promoting low-carbon. The development of low-carbon agriculture has become a top priority. The article uses network, visits, case to explore the mechanism of interaction of low-carbon agriculture and foreign trade in Suzhou. The interaction between the two sides is mainly reflected in: Suzhou's foreign trade transactions of low-carbon agricultural technology, the introduction of low-carbon technologies, low-carbon exports of agricultural products to promote the development of foreign trade in the development stage; low-carbon agriculture, small-scale, labor costs to enhance inhibited the development of foreign trade; Suzhou's foreign trade management system is not perfect, small-scale, but also inhibit the development of low-carbon agriculture. Interaction mechanisms need to build a low-carbon agriculture and foreign trade Government set up the stage, pull into the distance of the low-carbon agriculture and foreign trade, low-carbon agriculture and foreign trade companies to participate in each other's production or operations of each other. The implementation of the above practices, allowing Suzhou low-carbon agriculture and foreign trade reach a positive interaction.

　　　想要发展好低碳农业面临了太多的困境，但是如今走低碳化的道路、发展低碳农业是我国的必然选择，世界银行9月份发布的《2010年世界发展报告:发展与气候变化》中称发展中国家在气候的变化中将承受气候变化潜在影响的74%以上,这是由于发展中国家对于农业的依赖感强,而在农业生产过程中大量使用化学工业品和如今生态环境的恶化给自然资源带来了巨大的压力,使农业在管理上承担巨大的复担。国外在农业二氧化碳排放管理，农业甲烷排放管理，农业一氧化二氮排放管理等技术上很成熟。对于苏州低碳农业和外贸的互动机制研究，是为了让低碳农业越来越受到社会的重视.能在低碳技术方面不断地积累一定的经验，应该借鉴发达国家在这方面的经验,在加强法律的建设和政策持久的支持、优化能源各方面结构、强化低碳农业技术的合作和自主研发能力来提高苏州低碳农业技术能力，从而促进外贸的发展。发展低碳农业对于苏州的环境，苏州资源优化合理配置和苏州的对外贸易等多方面都有重大的意义。
