摘要：近些年，世界农产品的增长速度突飞猛进，农产品出口额由2003年的6847.20亿美元增长到2007年的11276.67亿美元。但温室效应和相关的环境问题开始引起大家广泛的关注，各国也开始重视进口食品的安全性，在进口农产品时对农药残留等各项指标都有十分严格的要求，我国在这方面的技术还没有达到世界一流的水品，因此我国的农产品还无法在世界市场上得到强有力的推广。为了保护我们现有的自然资源，各国政府与世界组织都通过各种途径出台了相关的保护环境的协议和规定，于是诞生了低碳经济，低碳农产品的出口就显得尤为重要，而要提高出口额度，拥有一个完美的出口结构是必不可少的条件。

　　　本文主要研究江苏无锡低碳农产品出口结构的优化问题。首先论述本文的选题背景、国内外综述及本文的研究思路和方法，然后从低碳农产品和它的出口结构的发展入手把两者综合起来分析出口结构对无锡低碳农产品对外贸易的影响，最后就出口结构对无锡低碳农产品对外贸易产生的影响做出相应的对策。

Abstract：In recent years, the rapid growth of world agricultural exports of agricultural products increased from $ 684.72 billion in 2003 to $ 1,127,667,000,000 in 2007. Greenhouse effect and related environmental issues began to arouse widespread concern, countries have begun to pay attention to the safety of imported food, indicators of pesticide residues and other agricultural imports have very strict requirements of our technology in this regard did not reach world-class water products, China's agricultural products on the world market can not get strong outreach. In order to protect our natural resources, governments and world organizations are introduced through a variety of ways agreements and regulations related to the protection of the environment, so the birth of a low-carbon economy, low-carbon agricultural exports is particularly important, and to improve the export quotas, have a perfect export structure is an indispensable condition.This paper studies the optimization problem of the structure of the low-carbon agricultural exports in Wuxi, Jiangsu. This article first discusses the background, domestic and international review of the export structure, and then pointed out the problems and propose the corresponding optimization measures.

　　　随着生活水平的普遍提高，人们逐步提高了对食品的健康度和营养性的关注。我国的低碳产业抓住机会，迎合人们的要求，不断地发展和壮大。我国已经成为世界上最大的低碳农产品生产国家。低碳农产品出口是我国农产品出口的重要组成部分，近几年呈快速发展趋势。江苏是我国低碳农产品生产与出口大省，无锡作为低碳示范城市，是低碳农产品重要的出口城市。无锡的低碳农产品市场在推动无锡经济发展的过程中起到了至关重要的作用。制约与影响低碳农产品出口的因素有很多，就出口结构展开分析与研究，可理清阻碍与促进低碳农产品出口的核心与关键因素，探究影响诸要素的原因，构建针对性的策略建议，以为地方的低碳农产品出口发展提供决策参考。
