摘要:居梦莱家纺是江苏南通的一家生产家纺的企业, 2008年爆发了全球性的金融危机,居梦莱也受其影响,公司的销售额不是很景气。而同时,巨大的国内市场吸引了很多服装企业和知名的家纺企业来争夺,公司的前景堪忧。目前,分销渠道越来越成为企业竞争的的重要资源,公司加强了分销渠道的管理以及建设,并优化了渠道管理的策略和创新了渠道模式,为了将打造一个具有核心竞争优势的分销渠道。
本文通过分析居梦莱家纺渠道的现状以及问题,各个影响居梦莱家纺分销渠道设计的因素,来将目标市场的渠道定位在了中档商品的消费者和分销商;设立了一套以加盟和直营为主的分销模式和基于关系管理的渠道交易管理的策略的全面解决渠道问题的方案。

Abstract:Dreamla Home Textile is an production textile enterprises in Nantong, Jiangsu province. In 2008, due to the global financial crisis, Dreamla’s sales is in depression. At the same time, the huge domestic market attract a lot of clothing companies and well-known textile enterprises to compete, the company's outlook is bleak. Distribution channels has increasingly become an important resource for the enterprise competition, the company strengthened the management and construction of distribution channels, and optimize the channel management strategy and innovation of channel model in order to build a core competitive advantage of distribution channels.
This paper analyzes the current situation of Dreamla textile channels and some design factors of distribution channels in order to position the target market in the mid-range of consumer goods and distributors. Finally, the author established a set of comprehensive solution to the problem of channel programs which is targeted on joining and direct sale and based on relationship management channels.

目前家纺企业怎样选择适合自身企业和市场的分销模式,怎样对其分销渠道进行有效的管控以降低成本:怎样整合渠道资源、利用分销渠道资源来分销产品,这些问题都成为各家纺企业当前经营过程中各项工作的重点,关系到企业的现在的生存和未来的发展。本文分析的是居梦莱家纺目前面临的内部条件以及外部环境,对于居梦莱家纺分销渠道的结构设计不合理、管理理念比较滞后、管理的措施和策略不是很恰当,较难在市场上和别人竞争,设计并优化了混合式分销渠道模式和制定能够解决问题的分销渠道战略,加强居梦莱家纺的产品在中间商上的品牌影响力,并且为公司的生存和发展的问题提供解决方案。而且这种研究思路和方法也可以被其他存在类似渠道问题的公司所运用。
