摘 要:企业人力资源培训与开发对我国现代企业发展尤为重要,我国企业必须予以重视。目前,就我国企业发展现状而言,企业在人力资源培训与开发方面还存在很多问题与不足,所以,我国企业应采取一系列措施与对策来加强与完善,促进企业发展进步。

Abstract:Corporate human resources training and development of our modern enterprise development is particularly important to my business. It needs to be stressed. At present, as far as my business development status, the business in the human resources training and development issues are also there are a lot of problems and shortcomings, and that is why my company should take a series of measures and countermeasures to strengthen and promote enterprise development and progress.

在当下我国企业不断发展壮大的情形下,我国企业必须立刻认识的一个重要问题就是:怎样合理和有效地进行人力资源培训与开发。如果一个企业不断发展壮大,而它的综合竞争力却跟不上发展的步伐,那么这个企业会很难发展下去。企业想要发展,首先就要重视企业的培训工作,同时,企业的培训对员工也是大有益处。企业综合竞争力关键在于人才,人才的领先就是企业综合竞争力的领先,是企业兴旺发达的根本。“得人才者得天下”,企业必须有效的进行人力资源培训与开发,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争和充满知识经济挑战的大环境下,拥有较强的企业综合竞争力而不被淘汰。同时,企业也会得到更好的发展,成为一流的企业。
