摘要:我国正处于社会大转型时期，社会矛盾复杂尖锐，我国是农业大国的基本国情未变，三农问题依然是国家工作的重要内容。随着社会的发展，社会工作作为缓和社会矛盾的“润滑剂”已经慢慢深入到农村地区，并发挥着日益重要的作用。农村社会工作是我国社会工作的一个重要组成部分，也是现阶段真正具有中国特色的社会工作的体现。农村是一个广泛而复杂的领域，传统的工作视角视农村为“愚贫弱私”，农村在人们心中烙下了“问题”形象，并一味的用经济援助去改变这个形象，却缓和不了当前城乡二元结构、贫富分化的现状，因此，社会工作需要用优势视角理论来重新诠释农村，用一种全新的优势视角来看待农村所有的资源、地理环境、能力等，利用优势视角探索农村发展新思路，将社会工作运用到农村建设中去，开展农村社会工作。

　　　本文从农村社会工作现状入手，分析了传统的问题视角下的农村社会工作及其带来的负面影响，在此基础上，探讨了优势视角理论在我国农村社会工作中的适用性，并提出优势视角下开展农村社会工作的相关策略。

ABSTRACT:Our country is in the social transformation period, social contradictions complex, China is a big agricultural country and the basic national conditions unchanged, agriculture still is an important content of the national work. With the development of society, social work as ease social contradictions "lubricant" has been slowly into the rural areas, and play an increasingly important role. The rural social work is an important part of social work in China at the present stage, is also a manifestation of true with Chinese characteristics of social work. The country is a wide and complex field, the traditional view as "poor rural area, rural private" under the "problem" image in people's heart, and a taste for economic assistance to change the image, but not the ease of two urban and rural economic structure, polarization between the rich and the poor situation, therefore, society working reference theory to interpret the countryside, with a new perspective to look at the advantages of all resources, geographical environment, ability, explore new ideas for rural development advantage perspective, social work applied to rural construction, development of rural social work.

　　　From current situation of rural social work, this paper analyzes the problems under the perspective of traditional rural social work and bring the negative influence, on this basis, discusses the strengths perspective the applicability of the theory in our country rural social work, and put forward the advantage under the perspective of rural social work of the related strategy.
