摘要:民政工作是政府的一项重要的社会工作，我国民政领域的社会工作人才也已成为我国社会工作人才重要的组成部分。加强社会工作人才队伍的培养是各级民政部门和社会组织当前一项非常紧迫的重要任务。本文在通过借鉴大量文献资料，对我国民政人才和社会工作人才队伍建设问题进行详细的探讨，旨在通过对民政人才及社会工作人才问题的研究，为推动我国民政人才和社会工作人才队伍建设和构建社会主义和谐社会提供一些微薄的理论基础。

ABSTRACT:　Civil work is an important social work of the government, our country civil administration in the field of social work talents has become the important part of social work talents. Strengthening the cultivation of the social work talent team is the civil affairs departments at various levels and the social organization with a very urgent important task at present. Based on drawing on a large number of literature, to our country civil administration and social work talent team construction problem carried on detailed discussion, aims to research of civil administration and social work talents, in order to promote our country civil administration and social work talent team construction and building a harmonious socialist society to provide some small theoretical basis.
