摘要：在国内，由于失地农民的问题引发了许多尖锐的社会问题，在国外，由于许多国家建立了相对完善的失地农民保障制度，所以这个方面的研究较少.基于这个现象，本文就失地农民的社会保障问题展开论述，文章首先采取了实地调查，在了解了相关的资料后，以小见大的分析出我国完善失地农民社会保障体制的必要性，然后分析了我国失地农民社会保障体制构建中存在的一些问题，最后针对这一系列的问题提出了一些政策性的意见与建议，以期能够对我国当前的失地农民社会保障问题的解决提供一点可借鉴之处。
