【摘要】一直以来，农村劳动力外出务工，对推动中国的城市化有很大的促进作用。但是近年来，随着城市化进程的加快，物价飞速上涨，再加上金融危机的影响，我国农村劳动力转移遭遇大量回流现象。这些农民由农民变成农民工，再由农民工变成农民，在社会地位和心理上都发生了一些变化。笔者通过对依据实地调查和无结构访谈方法对前王村50个回流劳动力进行无结构式访谈所获得的资料进行统计，并结合各类文献资料综合分析前王村农民工回流的原因及其产生的影响。在此基础上，探讨农村剩余劳动力的新出路，促进回流农民工更好地适应现有的生活，在各个方面帮助回流农民工完成角色的转换。

【Abstract】The rural migrant labors have been playing a great role to promote China's urbanization. But in recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid rise of the prices, coupled with the financial crisis, a lot of backflow happened to our rural migrant workers. This kind of workers first become construction workers, but then change to farmers again, there are supposed to be some changes socially and mentally. The writer got some statistics by the no structure interview in 50 backflow workers, combines with all kinds of documents which analysis the causes and influences of the backflow labor in Qianwang Village. And the writer is going to discuss the new way of extra rural labor, try to let the workers to get used to their recent lives, and help the backflow workers finish changing their position well on this basis.
