摘要：通过这次调查，并查阅相关的文献资料，我们对青少年上网问题有了更深入的了解。青少年上网存在时间长、娱乐内容超过学习等问题，甚至一些青少年沉迷于网络而影响学习及与家人之间的关系。家长不清楚孩子上网在做什么，社会不良信息通过网络毒害着青少年，这些问题都是导致青少年沉迷网络的重要外在因素。因此，我们呼吁家长、学校、社会和青少年都要对于网络教育这一块有所重视，并对于网瘾青少年进行适当介入。同时，这次调查我们也发现网络对于青少年不全是弊的一面，所以要正确看待网络。青少年是一特殊的群体，我们要采用特殊的方法进行引导与鞭策，不能盲目地批评与教育。要更注重青少年德智体全面发展，也要相信他们的自身潜能，因材施教。

Abstract：Through this investigation, and review of relevant literature, we have a deeper understanding on the youth from internet. Youth Internet problems long time, entertainment content more than learning, even some young people indulge in network and affect the relationship between learning and family. The parents do not know their children online do, bad social information through the network poisoned teenagers, these problems are the result of important external factors of young people indulging in the network. Therefore, we appeal to parents, school, society and the teenagers go to network education this one some attention, and appropriate intervention for adolescent. At the same time, this investigation we also found that network for teenagers are not the shortcoming, it should correctly treat the network. Youth is a special group, we must adopt special methods to guide and encourage, not blindly criticism and education. More attention should be paid to young people all-round development, we must believe that their own potential, teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

青少年网络成瘾问题不是青少年一个人的问题，往往涉及到多个方面。因此，在解决的过程中，需要综合考虑多种因素，除了对“问题青少年”自身提供各类个案辅导，增强自身能力之外，还需要积极调动各种资源，为案主营造一个良好的外部成长与发展环境。否则，即使青少年自身问题得到了解决，但是如外部环境没有改观的话，很有可能会使问题再度复发。尤其是，对于青少年来说，家庭是他们最主要的生活场所，也是他们进入社会化的第一步。因此，在加强对青少年进行正确引导的同时，很有必要让家长洁身自好，树立良好的父母形象。尤其重要的是，家长在对待青少年亚文化现象(如网络文化、偶像文化等)的作用上应该端正态度，更加理智，而不是一味的排斥。
