摘要:近年来，内外部环境的变化给中小企业的发展带来了巨大的压力。人民币相对美元升值给出口企业带来极大损失；劳工成本不断上升，新劳动法的实施更增加了中小出口企业的成本；不断上涨的原材料价格、水电费用、厂房租金等众多的重要原因，再加上由此引发的通货膨胀，已经使众多的国内中小企业面临着巨大的生存困境。

　　　中小企业在当前严峻经济形势的影响下，关键是要未雨绸缪。通过分析目前通货膨胀的特点，并探究出由通货膨胀对中小企业造成的影响以及对应的应对措施，调整中小企业自身的发展模式，避免由环境变化造成的资金链紧张，借国家宏观政策与机制的支持，抓住机遇，促进中小企业在复杂的形势下稳中有序的生存发展。

Abstract:Nowadays，Internal and external changes in the environment brought great pressure to the development of SMEs.Tremendous loss of the RMB appreciated against the dollar to export enterprises.Labor costs continue to rise,the implementation of the new labor law to increase the cost of small and medium-sized export enterprises. Rising prices of raw materials, utilities, plant rentals and many other important reasons,coupled with the consequent inflation,has made a large number of domestic SMEs facing great survival predicament.

　　　SMEs in the current severe economic situation,the key is to plan ahead. By analyzing the characteristics of current inflation,the research has led to the cause of inflation,and to explore the inflation impact on SMEs and the corresponding response measures, Adjust the mode of development of the SMEs themselves,to avoid the capital chain tension caused by environmental changes,by the support of national macroeconomic policies and legal mechanisms,and seize the opportunity to promote a stable and orderly survival and development of SMEs in the complex situation.

　　　在经济全球化的大背景下，面对日益激烈的市场竞争，中小企业想脱离社会现实独自经营成长发展壮大那是不可能实现的。现如今，中国进入了一个通货膨胀的时代，面对此时此刻的中国国情，各种方面都不断严格地考验着，在这种情况下，中小企业应依据国内经济发展的变化情况调整自身的发展理念，顺应当前的经济形势，制定符合市场环境的战略和战术策略，建立健全完善的应对措施与机制，从而不断壮大中小企业在国内外的发展规模，促进中小企业在复杂的形势下稳中有序的可持续发展。
