摘要:中小企业商业信用就是中小企业严格遵守契约的品质和能力。它是社会信用的重要组成部分,它涉及中小企业与大企业之间、中小企业与银行之间、中小企业与政府之间以及中小企业与消费者、内部职工之间的信用行为。从我国目前的情况考察,中小企业信用的状况令人堪忧,严重信用缺失给中国经济带来了巨额的损失。目前,我国中小企业信用制度还不够完善,信用意识淡薄,信用观念扭曲,从总体上来看整个社会的企业信用存在严重的问题。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprise commercial credit is small and medium-sized enterprises strictly abide by the contract of quality and ability. It is an important part of the social credit, it involves small and medium-sized enterprises and big enterprises, between the bank and small and medium-sized enterprises of small and medium-sized enterprises and the government, and between the small and medium-sized enterprises and consumers, the credit behavior between internal worker. From our country at present situation investigation, small and medium-sized enterprise credit status is concerned, serious credit loss to China's economy has brought the huge losses. At present, China's small and medium-sized enterprise credit system is still not perfect, the credit consciousness, credit concept distortion, from the overall the whole social enterprise credit has serious problems.

市场竞争无处不在、无时不在,残酷的市场竞争使企业总结出“信用是命”的至理名言,信用已成为企业关键竞争力之一。讲信用、有信誉的企业最终都会击败对手,取得竞争优势,从而达到占领市场的目的。因为在市场经济中,企业之间的竞争,最终是信誉和品牌的竞争。在竞争日趋激烈的今天,品牌形象已成为企业竞争力的核心。品牌形象是一个企业生存的基础,要树立一个良好的品牌形象,可能需要几十年甚至数百年时间,但是,要毁掉它可能只需要一天。虽然每个人都懂这个道理,但是还是会出现某些经营者却“见利忘理”,置企业的品牌形象于不顾,企业的品牌形象是由信誉凝聚而成的。一个企业失去了信誉,也就失去了客户,从而失去了所有未来发展的可能。
总而言之,中小企业坚持信用经营对其发展至关重要。中小企业应该积极利用其求生存、发展的内在要求,创造条件,适应外部环境的各种变化,通过信用经营来提升中小企业在市场上的整体形象,谋求长远、持续发展,更快地走出国门,走向世界。
