摘要：财务风险的控制是所有企业都必需关注的重点之一，而只有在正确分析出企业所面对的财务风险的前提下才能及时准确地做出对财务风险的控制。近年来，我国第三方物流产业进入了一个高速发展的时期。而发达国家的经验也证明，经济越发展，物流业越发达。目前，我国第三方物流业竞争激烈且鱼龙混杂。许多第三方物流企业因为内部管理的混乱而被淘汰出局。本文给出了财务风险的定义和分类，给出了近年来我国在第三方物流行业财务风险管理方面的一些研究成果，并针对我国正处在高速发展期的第三方物流行业指出了其所面临的财务风险，主要包括筹资风险、投资风险和现金流风险。并结合联合包裹速递服务公司的案例来加以分析。

Abstract: Financial risks controlling is one of the key that all the enterprises are need to pay attention. And enterprises need to analysis what’s the financial risks they are facing correctly before they decide to control all those financial risks. Nowadays, the third-party logistics industry in china has entered a period of high development. And the experiences from the developed countries proved that the economic improving, the better of the logistics. Now, there is a lot of third-part logistics companies in china and they are competing. Many of them were been kicked out because of their poor management. This article gave some concept of financial risks and some researches about third-part logistics which were be written lately. It also pointed out the financial risks that they are facing, which included financing risks, investing risks and cash flow risks. And there is an example about UPS.
