摘 要:改革开放以来，位于长三角经济发展区的浙江省凭借坚忍不拔的开拓精神成为推动中国经济发展的重要力量，且浙江上市公司在其中担当着不容忽视的角色．因此，研究浙江上市公司的资本结构特点和融资战略，不仅有利于促进浙江上市公司的健康成长，实现融资结构的优化，而且有助于推动中国上市公司的整体发展，加速中国产业经济的转型升级．

　　　本文以浙江上市公司沪市A股64家样本公司为研究对象，通过数据库、金融软件等途径收集财务数据，计算内部融资度、债务融资度和股权融资度来分析浙江上市公司的融资战略．同时，运用统计软件进行回归分析，从短期偿债能力、长期偿债能力、资产营运能力等七个方面来判别其融资战略影响因素的重要性程度，从而分析产生这一现象的原因．最后，针对关键影响因素提出建议和对策，以期为其他上市公司提供参考，最终达到提高公司业绩，完善治理结构，优化市场资源配置的目的．

ABSTRACT:Since China reformed and opened to the world, Zhejiang province which located in Yangtze River delta Area has become an important force to promote China’s economy. Zhejiang listed companies make a contribution. Therefore, the study of Zhejiang listed company's capital structure and financing strategy will not only help promote the healthy growth of listed companies in Zhejiang Province, to achieve the optimal financing structure, but also helps to promote the overall development of China's listed companies to accelerate China's industrial upgrading and restructuring of the economy.

　　　In this paper, 64 listed companies of Zhejiang, Shanghai A-share are taken as the research object. Collect financial data to calculate internal financing degree, debt financing degree and equity financing degree in order to analyze financing strategies structure of Zhejiang listed companies. Meanwhile, I will use statistical software to do regression analysis from seven aspects, such as the short-term solvency, long-term solvency and asset operational capacity, to distinguish importance degree, finding the reasons for this phenomenon. Finally, this paper will put up suitable advice in order to provide a reference for other listed companies, wishing to achieve the success of improving company performance, the internal governance structure and optimizing marketing resource allocation purposes.
