摘要：近年来，我国的中小企业如雨后春笋般地涌现出来，中小企业也逐渐成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分之一。中小企业在缓解就业压力、促进地方经济发展、增加地方财政收入等方面起着越来越关键的作用。虽然中小企业具有良好的发展前景，但是由于我国的中小企业受自身原因和客观条件的限制，在快速发展的过程中却存在着很多瓶颈，其中融资难就是中小企业最主要的一个问题。因此，研究我国中小企业融资问题对推动我国经济发展具有重要的理论意义和现实指导意义。

　　　本文以中小企业融资为研究方向，首先，从中小企业融资渠道以及中小企业融资市场的供给与需求的角度来分析中小企业的融资现状；其次，系统的从政府、银行和企业三方面具体阐述中小企业融资难的原因；最后，以圣泉化工有限公司为例，就融资难问题进行了分析，阐述了解决我国中小企业融资难问的解决途径。
