摘要:资本运作是指企业按照市场法则，通过资本本身的技巧性运作或者资本的科学运动来实现其价值的提升、效益的增高的一种经营方式。资本运作是企业实现高速发展的必经之路，伴随着全球经济进程的步伐，资本运作在企业的成长与发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用，如何更好地完善资本运作，实现资源优化配置，提高企业在行业中的竞争力，已成为目前各大企业面临的首要问题。

　　　作为我国经济发展的支柱性产业之一的房地产行业，曾经也一度带领了我国经济从世界性的金融危机中快速回升。同时，在过去相当长的一段时期内拉动着我国的经济飞速地发展。随着我国经济体制不断深入地改革，房地产行业的竞争也在不断地加剧。作为一家上市公司，依托其现有的资本运作平台，高科股份有限公司正在不断地探索出一条真正属于自己的资本运作之路。
