摘要:随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化，对企业财务管理体制的完善和发展也提出了新的要求。资本结构是企业财务管理的关键环节，也是企业治理的关键。资本结构是否合理会直接影响到企业目前和将来的发展状况，甚至会影响到企业的生死存亡。

　　　本文以宝钢集团有限公司为对象对其资本结构进行了分析。在充分研究国内外资本结构文献的基础上，回顾了资本结构的相关含义及资本结构的理论发展。从理论上分析了企业最佳资本结构的确定，并对宝钢集团的资本结构现状以及存在问题进行了解剖，同时提出合理的优化对策。

　　　首先，在研究完资本结构理论的基础上对宝钢集团有限公司的资本结构现状进行了调查分析，然后找出其存在的几个方面的问题，主要包括负债结构、股权结构和融资结构方面的问题，最后将这些主要问题分析原因后提出了几项合理的优化对策，以期对宝钢集团的资本结构优化研究有所裨益。

Abstract:With the continuous deepening of economic system reform of our country, and puts forward new requirements for the development and perfection of enterprise financial management system. Capital structure is the key part of enterprise financial management, is the key to corporate governance. Capital structure whether reasonable will directly affect the enterprise at present and future development, and even affect the enterprise of vital importance.

　　　Based on Baosteel Group Corporation as the object to analyze the capital structure. On the basis of domestic and foreign capital structure literature, reviews the theoretical development of related meaning of capital structure and capital structure. Based on the theoretical analysis of the determination of the optimal capital structure, were dissected and the capital structure present situation of Baosteel Group and the existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the reasonable.

　　　First of all, were investigated in the capital structure present situation of Baosteel Group Corporation Based on the theory of capital structure, and then find out the problems existed in it, including the debt structure, ownership structure and financial structure, finally the main problems after analyzing the reason and puts forward some reasonable optimization strategies, with a view to Baosteel Group Corporation Capital Structure Optimization Research benefit.
