摘要：随着市场经济的不断发展，企业的压力逐渐增大，巨大的压力迫使企业必须根据市场做出适当的调整。物流采购成本就成了各大企业纷纷关注的焦点。事实证明，对于大型连锁企业来说，物流采购成本更为重要，是其增强市场竞争力，提高效率的关键因素。大型连锁企业如何能有效地降低企业物流采购成本，使企业在保质保量的基础上获得利润最大化，是本文讨论的中心点。

　　　本文首先对此课题国内外研究现状进行梳理，通过查阅文献、调查等方法，理论结合实际，通过对苏宁电器股份有限公司的物流采购成本的研究，以点带面，分析行业物流采购成本优化的方法，提出降低物流采购成本的对策，最终达到提高企业的经济效益。

Abstract：With the continuous development of market economy, enterprise pressure gradually increases, the huge pressure forced the enterprises must make the appropriate adjustments according to the market. Logistics cost has become the focus of the enterprises concerned. In fact, for large chain enterprises, the logistics cost is more important, is the key factor to enhance the market competitiveness, improve the efficiency of the. How large chain enterprises can effectively reduce logistics cost, maximize profit basis to enable enterprises to the quality and quantity in the center, is discussed in this paper.
