摘要：存货是一个企业的重要组成部分，是能够为企业带来经济利益的重要经济资产，所以存货管理是企业内部控制的重要环节。在这个经济飞速发展的今天，不断地涌现出新的存货管理问题，如何通过高效的存货管理来建立竞争优势并赢得顾客的青睐已经成为企业迫切需要解决的问题。

　　　本文对存货管理的相关文献进行了回顾和总结，阐述了存货管理的基本理论和方法，对南通林川服饰有限公司进行了调研，分析了该公司的存货管理现状，运用了存货管理的理论和方法，剖析了该公司存货管理存在的问题，针对其存货管理存在的不足，提出加强存货管理的措施。为该公司的存货管理提供参考建议，使企业存货管理最优化，实现利润最大化。
