摘要:实施教师绩效工资,从教师的角度看,可以依法保障和改善教师的工资待遇,认可和尊重教师的劳动成果,进一步调动老师的积极性,鼓励骨干老师脱颖而出。同时,从学生的角度看,可以促进学生的全面发展,积极推动素质教育的发展。
但改革要具体实施就必然会面对从未有过的问题和困难,必然会产生一些负面的影响,比如加重学生的课业负担问题,使得绩效工资改革沦为应试教育的助推器,也有可能拉大城乡教师的收入差距,造成同工不同酬等问题。
因此,如何扬长避短、改进和完善绩效工资制度显得至关重要。本文除去开头的绪论和最后的结束语之外,中间共分为四个部分,分别阐述国内外实施的现状,我国实施绩效工资改革的正面效果、负面效果和针对这些负面效果所提出的解决措施。

Abstract:Implementing the teacher performance pay,to the teachers, can ensure and improve teacher wages according to the law, recognize and respect for their fruits of labor, further mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and encourage the backbone teachers to come to the fore.Besides, to the students, it can promote them develop comprehensively, and give impetus to the education.
But we could face many problems if we begin the reformation. There must be some negative influences. There maybe giving excessive homework burdens to the students, making the booster of teaching to test.It also occurs that widen the gap of incomes of urban and rural teachers.
So, how to carry forward the advantages and avoid weakness, as well as improve and perfect the system is earthshaking. This article is divided into four parts except for the introduction and conclusion. The four parts the status of implementation at home and abroad, positive and negative effect of China’s implementation, and the solutions of the negative effect.
