摘要：目前，家电零售企业纷纷把竞争着眼点放在了家电卖场的扩张上，导致家电零售行业大规模横向扩张，而整个家电行业的市场容量无法支撑卖场如此快速的扩张，“摊薄效应”直接影响单个卖场的收益。或将引发行业整合升级，风险集中释放，对企业造成严重冲击，加剧行业投资风险。为更好的实现企业对资源的配置和应用，提升经营效益，部分商家必然会通过资本运作等形式实现一体化发展战略，这种纵向扩张必然蕴藏着巨大的经营与市场风险，整个家电行业布局或将出现剧烈变动。本文通过以家电零售行业上市公司为样本，对其经营、财务状况进行分析，选择符合该行业特点的财务预警定量分析模型，并通过样本数据对模型的实用性及有效性进行检验，建立起财务危机的预警、监测及应对系统，以防范和化解财务危机，应对各类风险。

Abstract：At present, the electrical appliances retail business placed the objective competition point in the field of expansion, caused numbers of the electrical appliances retail sales extended laterally, but the entire electrical appliances market’s capacity was unable to support so fast expansion, “the booth thin effect” immediately influent the individual sellers. For better use of the resources disposition and the application, the partial businesses definitely through capital operation and so on will realize the developmental strategy, this kind of vertical expansion will be containing and the market risk inevitably, the entire electrical appliances profession layout or will present the dramatic change. This article take the electrical appliances retail industry as a sample, to analysis the financial situation, constructs the early warning quantitative financial model, and carries on the confirmation through the sampled data of the financial risk early warningmodel's usability and the validity, establishes the financial warning system, to monitor and guard against the melt finance crisis, deals with each kind of risk.
