摘要:本工程为重庆市化工企业综合办公楼B标段工程，共八层，总建筑面积为5968.20平方米。基础结构采用独立基础基础。上部主体框架结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为八度，工程类别为一类。

　　　该施工组织主要内容包括施工现场平面布置，主要分部分项工程施工方案，施工组织人员的配备，进度计划，各种措施等。

　　　该施工组织的编制是以重庆市化工企业综合办公楼B标段工程的施工合同，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络技术分段、分层流水施工，合理安排施工顺序和施工计划，确保施工进度，本工程拟定工期为198个日历天。

ABSTRACT:This project as a B project, Chongqing chemical enterprises a comprehensive office building a total of 80%, the total construction area of 5968.20 square meters. Basic structure of the manual hole digging pile foundation. The upper part of the main frame structure, structural safety grade two level, seismic fortification intensity is eight degrees, engineering class as a class. 

     The construction mainly includes the construction site layout, construction scheme of the main part of the project, construction organization, staffing, schedule, various measures.

Adhere to the basic construction procedures and the construction sequence of science, using the technology of network segment, stratified flow, the reasonable arrangement of construction schedule and construction plan, ensure that the construction schedule, the project construction period for the development of 198 calendar days.
