摘要：由于美国的金融海啸给全球带来了一场世界性的经济危机，我国的进出口贸易业也难以避免的受到冲击。面对遍及全球的需求走低，如何利用更低的成本用以生产性能更好的产品，刺激消费，成为经济界探讨的重要课题。而服务外包以其特有的优势再次受到众多关注，其发展更是以强劲之势席卷中国经济。本文通过三大部分的内容，对服务外包产业的发展现状进行详细剖析，进一步预测其在中国的发展趋势，针对所存在的问题，重点分析应采取的策略，以提高我国服务外包产业的国际竞争优势。

Abstract：Because the American financial tsunami has brought a worldwide economic crisis. The import and export trade industry in China was also hard to avoid being strike. Face to the worldwide sluggish demand，it becomes a significant topic discussed in economic circles that how to use the lower cost for producing the products of better performance and stimulating the consumption. However，service outsourcing has again been great concern with the unique advantages. The development of strong trend is sweeping trough China economy. In this paper，through the detailed analysis for the development status of the service outsourcing industry, it predicts the development trend in China. Focus on the problems，it analysis the strategy that adopts for increasing the international competitive of China service outsourcing industry.
