摘要:中小企业是一国经济发展和社会稳定的重要影响因素。我国一直十分注重中小企业的发展，党的十六大正式提出中小企业“走出去”发展战略，为中小企业对外投资发展指明了道路。改革开放以来，尤其是中国加入WTO之后，在国家政策的支持和引导下，我国中小企业对外直接投资取得了巨大发展。然而08年金融危机给世界经济造成巨大的打击，我国整体出口速度放缓，加之这几年人民币不断升值的影响，我国中小企业“走出去”发展之路形势不容乐观。

　　本文通过理论结合实例的分析方法，总结了我国中小企业当前面临的主要出口困境有融资困难、成本上升与利润降低、对外贸易形势不佳以及中小企业自身缺陷等，并得出以下结论：中小企业要走出当前的出口困境，除了要积极寻求国家的政策支持外，最主要的还是要加强企业自身建设，促进产业结构升级，加大技术投入和企业品牌文化建设力度，提升企业核心竞争力；以及通过充分发挥中小企业战略灵活性的特点，建立和调整多样化的发展战略，寻求更大的发展空间。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are important factors of a country's economic development and social stability. Our country pays great attention to the development of  SMEs. “Going out” strategy was first put forward in our party's 16th congress, which points out the road to develope foreign direct investment (FDI) for SMEs in china. Since China's reform and opening up, especially after China's accession to the WTO, under the support and guidance of national policy, SMEs in our country have made great progresses in FDI. However, the financial crisis in 2008 posed a great blow to the world economy, China's overall exports slowed. Coupled with the influence of the rising currency over these years, the situation is not optimistic for SMEs in our country to achieve the goal of "going out" .

　　　This text analysis by the method of combining theory with examples, summarizes that this current SMEs in our country are mainly facing below export difficulties: confronting difficulties, rising costs and lower profits, poor situation in foreign trade, and the defects of SMEs itself. And draw the following conclusion: To get out of the current predicament of export, in addition to actively seeking national policy support, the main solution is for SMEs to strengthen the construction of enterprise itself and promote the upgrading of industrial structure, increase the intensity of technology investment and enterprise brand culture construction, so as to increase enterprise's core competitiveness; And give full play to the characteristics of SMEs in strategy flexibility, set up and adjust the development strategy of diversification, seek for more development space.
