摘要：随着我国经济发展和文明进步，政府和百姓对跨国公司履行社会责任情况的关注度越来越高，国内相关工作者和学者有必要加强对这方面的思考和研究。本文的主要目的就是较详细地介绍国内关于跨国公司社会责任履行的相关情况，重点是对在华跨国公司履行社会责任的原因分析和相关建议观点，以期能促使跨国公司在中国能较好履行社会责任。

Abstract：With China's economic development and the progress of civilization, the attention of the government and the people of multinational companies to fulfill their social responsibilities increasing domestic legal practitioners and scholars need to strengthen this aspect of thought and research. The main purpose of this article is informative and detailed introduction a multinational legal regulation of social responsibility at home and abroad, focusing on relevant domestic legislative, judicial, law enforcement and other multinational companies in China make legal point of view, in order to fulfill their social responsibility to provide some help.

　　　在经济全球化日益加剧的今天，世界各国对跨国公司社会责任问题的极为重视，跨国公司承担相应的社会责任，是由跨国公司的独特地位决定的，是其实现自身发展的需要，也是各国政府和国际组织制定有关标准和规则对其进行约束的结果。势必会伴全球经济一体化趋势的加强而更深入。相信在跨国公司、东道国及国际社会的全面探索和努力下，跨国公司将会用自觉和积极地态度去承担社会责任，对人类的进步与发展做出相应的贡献。
