摘要: 汇率作为一国经济的重要指标，它的变动对一国贸易的发展会产生深远的影响。人民币汇率改革以来，人民币的升值步伐越来越快，人民币的升值对张家港的外贸企业有着深远的影响。不仅给张家港外贸企业提供了良好的机遇，而且同时也给张家港外贸企业带来一定的挑战。随着全球经济的复苏和人民币升值预期的上升，张家港市的外贸企业应尽早发现自身不足并加以改进，提升自身的国际竞争力。本文通过分析人民币升值的原因，人民币升值对张家港市外贸企业的影响以及解决对策，化解张家港外贸企业在人民币升值中遭受的问题。

Absract Exchange rate as import indicator of national economic activity, it changes on the development of a country’s trade will have a profound impact. Since the reform of RMB exchange rate, RMB appreciation is more and more fast .The rise in the RMB to zhangjiagang city foreign trade enterprise with a good opportunity, and at the same time also to zhangjiagang foreign trade enterprise has brought some challenges. Along with the global economic recovery and the appreciation of the RMB is expected to rise, zhangjiagang city foreign trade enterprise should be released find their own deficiency and improved as soon as possible, and enhance the international competitiveness. This article through the analysis of the reason of the appreciation of RMB, the appreciation of the RMB to zhangjiagang city foreign trade enterprise’s influence and corresponding countermeasures, and solve zhangjiagang foreign trade enterprise in the appreciation of the RMB from problems.
