摘要：现今，南京人口日趋增多，毕业生也逐年增长，就业成为受人关注的一个大问题，而服务外包已成为吸纳毕业生、解决众人就业的主要渠道之一，南京市的服务外包行业在各行业中较为突出，那么，南京的服务外包对本土就业产生哪些影响，又是如何产生影响的呢？本文从高校毕业生、非毕业生人员、及企业自身几个方面来阐述，服务外包行业对就业产生的一些影响,并进一步分析其如何影响就业，最后对南京市服务外包产业对就业的影响前景做展望。

Abstract：Noways,the population of Nanjing is increasing day-by-day,the graduates are increased year by year as well,employment has become a large problem for the attention.While service outsourcing has become one of the main channel to intake graduates and others.Nanjing Service Outsourcing industry is more prominent than others.So what do the Nanjing Service Outsourcing impact on local employment,and how to affect?This article was written from several aspects as the graduates of colleges and universities,the non-graduate staff,and the enterprise itself to illustrate some of the influence on employment service outsourcing industry,and go a step further analyze how it impact on employment.At last I make a prospect of the Nanjing Service Outsourcing impact on employment.
