摘要：中国是人口大国，自从改革开放以后，我国的社会经济获得了很大的发展。农村经济的发展使得农村出现了大量的剩余劳动力，对农村的经济产生了一定的影响。这些农村剩余劳动力不断向城镇转移，减轻了农民对土地的压力。随着劳动生产率的相应提高，大量农村劳动力向城市转移对城镇的经济也造成了一定的影响。本文对江苏省农村劳动力对转移地和被转移地转的经济进行研究，只有通过全社会共同努力，才能够从根本上解决农村劳动力转移出现的社会问题，促进农村和城市经济的共同发展。

Abstract: China is a country with a large population, since reforming and opening, our country economy has obtained great progress. The development of rural economy that there have been massive rural surplus labor, have a certain impact on the rural economy. The transfer of surplus rural labor to cities and towns continuously, reduces the pressure on the land. With the increase of labor productivity, a large number of rural labor transfer to the city to the urban economy also caused a certain impact. In this paper, the rural labor force in Jiangsu province to transfer and research are transferred to the economy, only through the joint efforts of the whole society, it can solve the social problems of the transfer of rural labor force fundamentally, promote common development of rural and city economy.
