摘要:石油一直以来就有“工业血液”的美称，经济的发展也离不开石油。近年来，中国的经济飞速发展，对石油的需求也越来越大，虽然中国的石油资源比较丰富，但对于世界第二大石油消费国来讲，中国的石油生产远不能满足需求，很大程度地依赖进口。世界石油的出口地区主要有中东、中南美洲、非洲和俄罗斯。目前我国的石油进口主要来源于中东、非洲和俄罗斯，中国从这几个地区进口石油存在着进口来源集中、运输方式单一等问题。通过完善多元化的石油供给体系、建立运输通道的多样化，来保证我国稳定的石油来源地和我国的石油安全，完善我国的战略储备机制：1、尽快完善石油储备相应的法律法规2、进一步完善石油储备的管理体制和运行机制3、建立完善石油统计报告制度4、加强石油储备的国际合作；从而保障我国的经济安全。

ABSTRCT:Oil always had "industrial blood" reputation, economic development cannot be separated from the oil. In recent years, China's rapid economic growth, demand for oil is growing, while China's rich oil resources, but for the world's second-largest oil consumer, China's oil production is far from meeting the demand, heavily dependent on imports. Major Middle East oil-exporting region in the world, Central and South America, Africa and Russia.

    China's oil imports from the Middle East, Africa and Russia, China's import of oil from these areas there is a concentration of import sources, modes of transport, such as single issues. Through perfect diversified of oil supply system, and established transport channel of diversification, to guarantee my stability of oil sources to and my of oil security, perfect my of strategy reserves mechanism: 1, and as soon as possible perfect oil reserves corresponding of legal regulations 2, and further perfect oil reserves of management system and run mechanism 3, and established perfect oil statistics report system 4, and strengthening oil reserves of international cooperation; to guarantees my of economic security.
