摘  要：市场经济不是万能，由于其自发性、盲目性、滞后性等缺点，所以需要辅助以宏观调控。在宏观调控体系中，选择什么样的宏观调控手段对经济的发展是非常重要的。宏观调控手段主要包括经济手段、法律手段、行政手段的互相综合运用。中国和西方发达国家的宏观调控手段的如何运用，运用的差异，值得去比较分析。

　　　于是本课题我国与西方发达国家的宏观调控手段运用的比较分析，通过运用比较分析法，历史归纳法、系统分析法等。来阐述我国的宏观调控手段特点，西方发达国家宏观调控手段的特点，分析比较产生差异的因素，最后借鉴西方发达国家宏观调控手段运用的有益之处，来探求和改革我国适合我国的宏观调控手段和政策，提供了方向。为了实现这个研究课题，本文从三个方面来实现。首先，介绍和阐述西方发达国家宏观调控手段的运用，其次是我国的宏观调控手段运用，最后是分析比较中国和西方发达国家的宏观调控手段。

ABSTRACT：Market economy is not everything, because its spontaneity, blindness, and so on shortcomings, so need to be assisted to macroeconomic regulation and control. In macroeconomic regulation and control system, the choice of what kind of macroeconomic regulation and control means is very important to the development of economy. Macroeconomic regulation and control means includes economic means, legal means. China and the western developed countries means of macroeconomic regulation and control of how to applying, use difference, worthy of the comparative analysis. 

　　　So this topic in our country and the macroeconomic regulation and control methods of western developed countries use the comparative analysis, by using comparative analysis, historical induction, system analysis, etc. To illustrate the means of macroeconomic regulation and control characteristics, characteristics of the western developed country macroeconomic regulation and control means, difference of factor analysis and comparison, finally draw lessons from western developed countries the benefits of using the macroeconomic regulation and control means, to explore and reform of our country is suitable for our country's macroeconomic regulation and control means and policies, provides direction. In order to realize this research subject, this article from three aspects. First of all, introduces and expounds the use of macroeconomic regulation and control means of western developed countries, followed by the means of macroeconomic regulation and control is applied, and at last the analysis and comparison of China and the western developed countries means of macroeconomic regulation and control.
