摘  要：我国推出创业板是完善我国资本市场的重要环节，是促进我国资本市场发展的必然选择。本文首先指出我国创业板上市公司的定义，其次是我国创业板上市公司的起源和发展的历程，分析我国创业板上市公司的市场规模、融资规模、分布行业以及现目前的创业板上市公司的融资需求状况；着重把我国创业板、主板、中小企业板上市公司进行比较分析，分析这三个板块中业绩处于中等水平的90家公司在2010年、2011年、2012年的平均每股收益以及2013年三个板块上市公司的平均市盈率等指标，得出在2010年至2012年三个板块上市公司中业绩成长性较好的是主板上市公司，我国创业板上市公司现目前业绩成长并不是十分理想；同时在我国创业板上市公司现有环境的情况下，对优质的创业板上市公司（回天胶业300041）作出简单的评述，为投资者的谨慎投资做一个简单的指引。

ABSTRACT：Our introduction of the GEM is to improve an important part of China's capital market is to promote the development of China's capital market, the inevitable choice. This paper points out the definition of companies listed on GEM, followed by companies listed on GEM of the origin and development process, analysis of the companies listed on GEM market size, the scale of financing, distribution industry and is now the current financing of companies listed on GEM demand conditions; focuses on the growth enterprise board, board, SME board listed companies for comparative analysis, focusing on the analysis of these three sectors 90 companies in 2010, 2011, 2012, and the average earnings per share in 2013 listed three plates company's average price-earnings ratio and other indicators, drawn in 2010 to 2012 in three sections listed companies, a better growth performance is main board listed company, our company is currently listed on GEM texture is not very satisfactory; while China is now the current growth of companies listed on GEM of the existing circumstances, the quality of companies listed on GEM (back to the natural rubber industry 300 041) to make a brief comment, as investors make a simple guideline, the final conclusion, of companies listed on GEM needs further development to optimize their management, operation capabilities, to provide investors with a better platform.
