摘要：发展低碳经济，对于保障无锡能源安全、减少碳排放、优化其经济结构具有重要意义。无锡发展低碳经济主要面临经济发展和减排目标之间矛盾严重、以煤为主要的能源消耗剧烈、环境承载能力有限、市民缺乏参与碳减排的平台等问题。无锡发展低碳经济的主要路径：一是构建低碳产业体系，摒弃发达国家、工业城市“先污染后治理”的老路；二是培育清洁能源，发展再生经济；三是保护和增加森林及绿地资源，增加碳汇；四是构建碳减排量个人购买平台，实现个人碳中和。

Abstract: Low carbon economy, for the protection of Wuxi, energy security, reduces carbon emissions and to optimize its economic structure is of great significance.
