摘要： 全球气候变暖影响到人类生存，制约着经济的发展，目前已成为人类共同面临的难题，低碳经济作为一种低耗能、低排放、低污染的发展模式应运而生，为我们解决气候能源问题以及促进经济可持续增长提供了一条新的道路，低碳经济革命对于各国而言都是一个历史性的机遇，但我国目前尚面临一些困难，如以煤为主的能源结构，工业化和城市化的快速发展、技术创新能力较弱。针对上述情况，本文提出了相关建议，如优化能源结构、建设低碳城市、促进低碳创新等。

Abstract: Global warming affect human survival and restricts the development of economy, has become a common human problems, a low carbon economy as a low consumption and low emission, low pollution development pattern emerged, for we solve the climate energy problems and promote sustainable economic growth provides a new road, a low carbon economy revolution for countries is a historic opportunity, but China still faces some difficulties, such as coal-based energy structure, the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, technical innovation ability is weak. In view of the above situation, this paper puts forward related Suggestions, such as optimizing energy structure, construction low carbon cities, promote low-carbon innovative, etc.
