摘要:我国相当一部分的中小私营企业由于自身激励机制不健全、激励手段落后,发展受到严重影响。本文针对危机激励在我国中小私营企业中的应用展开研究,在深入探讨企业现状和企业现有激励机制的基础上,系统的分析了其自身存在的突出问题,并针对这些问题做了如下研究:分析传统激励理论和新型激励理论,对新型激励理论进行比较,提出本文主要探讨的危机激励,进一步探讨危机激励的理论基础,并详细叙述危机激励在我国中小私营企业中的具体实现形式。

Abstract:Rather part of China's small and medium-sized private enterprises due to imperfect incentive mechanism, the means of incentive backward, their own development have been affected. Aiming at the crisis in small and medium-sized private enterprises incentive in the application of probe launched research, status quo and the enterprise existing enterprises based on the incentive mechanism of system, the analyses its own existing prominent problems, and in the light of these problems did the research: analyzing the traditional theory and incentive new incentive theory, comparison of new incentive theory, this paper puts forward the article mainly discusses crisis incentive to explore the theoretical basis, the crisis incentive and the detailed narration crisis encouragement in small and medium-sized private enterprises in the concrete realization forms.

中小私营企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,然而现阶段我国中小私营企业的激励机制还存在一些问题,例如:过分强调物质激励的同时物质激励在落实时却又不能到位,精神激励缺乏,危机激励措施没有得到普及等。而且,当前我国的中小型企业多是采用传统的激励机制,从人性的角度出发,满足员工的物质和精神需求。一味的沿用传统的正向激励机制,企业所承担的激励成本会不断增大,激励的效果也会减弱。
与传统的激励机制相比,危机激励具有持续性和低成本性,它可以根据民营企业不同时期的经营状况充分加以应用,充分展示其柔性和弹性,改善了传统的正向激励模式所呈现的刚性和硬性。
本文在分析传统激励理论和新型激励理论的基础上,对新型激励理论进行比较,提出危机激励,用危机激励的理念对中小私营企业的激励机制进行分析,探讨其在我国中小私营企业中的具体实现形式。
