摘要：企业家是企业的灵魂，是决定企业命运的关键因素，也是推动区域经济发展的一种不可或缺的战略资源。现阶段，关于如何培育和造就企业家队伍，如何营造良好的企业发展环境等问题，虽然已受到我国理论界和企业界的高度重视，但人们的关注程度不够。从整体上看，企业家依然生存在一种有偏差的社会认知中，企业家的个人生存问题依然严峻。本文试图从企业利益相关者的角度透析企业家所承受的各种压力，将从新的研究视角剖析如何在中国的社会政治经济背景下构建促进企业家健康成长的机制。这不仅有利于推进关于企业家成长的理论研究，而且对培育有中国特色的企业家队伍，增强我国的综合国力和国际竞争力有着现实的意义。

Abstract：Entrepreneur is the soul of a company ,a key factor to the development of enterprises,and also be an indispensable strategic resource to a country. At this stage, the problem of how to foster the entrepreneur and how to create a favorable environment has caused great attention of theorists,but the degree of concern  is not enough. Overall, entrepreneur is still living in a biased social cognition, the  personal survival of entrepreneur is still grim. This article attempts to analyse the pressure of entrepreneur using the stakeholder theory ,and to construct of a mechanism to promote the healthy growth of entrepreneur .This is not only conducive to promoting the growth of theoretical research on entrepreneurial growth, and also has practical significance to the development of entrepreneurs with Chinese characteristics and the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.
