摘要：知识产权对知识产权事业的繁荣发展，对全球化经济的发展具有重要的推动作用。在知识产权日益受到重视的同时，知识产权的滥用问题也随之产生。知识产权在本质上是法律赋予的一种合法垄断，但知识产权一旦被滥用，就会阻碍社会竞争。本文概述了知识产权及知识产权滥用的概念，对我国企业在对外贸易中遭遇的知识产权滥用的具体表现形式进行了简要的归纳和分析，在此基础上，分析了我国在国家贸易中所遇到的知识产权滥用问题及其原因，最后提出了相应的应对措施

Abstract：Intellectual property rights have important effect to the prosperity and the development of intellectual property business and economic globalization. In intellectual property is valued while abuse of intellectual property rights problem has caused. Intellectual property is in essence to legal a legal monopoly, intellectual property rights once abuse, will inhibit social competition. This paper summarizes the intellectual property and the concept of the abuse of the intellectual property, to our country foreign trade enterprise in the midst of intellectual property rights abuses of the concrete forms of brief summary and analysis on this foundation, this paper analyzes the present state of trade with the intellectual property rights abuse problems and causes, and finally the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
