摘要：纺织业作为江苏省的支柱产业之一，在江苏省经济中占有重要的地位。但随着人民币对美元汇率的持续升值，江苏省纺织业面临了前所未有的严峻考验与危机。本文通过调研与分析人民币升值以来江苏省纺织业进出口贸易的相关经营数据,结合江苏省纺织业发展的现状，分析人民币升值对江苏省纺织业造成的影响.最后从政府与企业两个层面探讨江苏省纺织业的相关对策建议。

Abstract：The textile industry, as one of pillar industries in Jiangsu Province is playing a significant role in Jiangsu economy development. However, the Jiangsu’s textile industry is facing an unprecedented severe crisis because of the continued appreciation of RMB. The paper analyses the import and export trade data of Jiangsu’s textile enterprises collected by surveys since the appreciation of RMB, combines with the current situation and then analyses the influence of Jiangsu’s textile industry due to the appreciation of RMB. Finally, the paper put forward related policy and suggestions from the government and enterprises angle.

　　人民币升值在短期内会对江苏省纺织业产生一定不利影响，如人民币升值将会导致纺织企业利润减少、出口竞争力下降；但从长期来看，人民币升值能够优化江苏纺织品的产品结构、有利于缓解贸易摩擦、有助于加速纺织业的转型升级。而针对人民币升值的影响，企业可以通过实施品牌战略、优化产业结构、结合“走出去”和扩大内需战略等措施来应对危机。而政府可以通过提高出口退税率和引导企业加强行业自律的政策来规避风险。
