摘要:在当今世界格局中，中美作为最强的贸易伙伴。在双方贸易中不可避免的存在摩擦，而逐年增加的贸易顺差成为中美之间最引人注意的焦点。中美贸易顺差的逐年增加，给我国带来了不少问题，也给两国经贸发展带来了不利的影响。由于中美两国的国民经济在世界格局中都占有重要的地位，这使得两国间的贸易摩擦问题一直都被广泛的关注。两国政府对此也各有各的看法，针对这一问题产生的影响，本文对中美贸易状况，顺差产生的原因，影响以及对策等方面进行探讨。

Abstract: In nowadays world structure, China and US are the strongest trade partners. In the bilateral trade, there are much trade frictions, among of which the more and more trade surpluses become the most arresting issue between these two countries. And this issue causes China many problems as well as adverse effects during the development of economic and trade of China and US. Because the national economy of the two countries is in the important position of the world structure, their trade frictions are always wildly concerned. And their governments hold different view on it. Aiming at this problem, this article discusses the Sino-US trade situation, the cause and effect of surplus, and its countermeasures.Keyword: Trade Surplus, statistical approach, restrictions on China, domestic economy

　　通过对中美贸易状况、产生的原因的分析，本文详细的讲述了中美两国在顺差中应采取的措施。由于中美贸易的复杂性和多边形，中美贸易顺差不会是一个短期问题，尽管在这中间两国存在很大的分歧，但是两国都在通过努力减少差距。两外中美之间仍然是最强的贸易合作伙伴，不管外界如何关注，中美之间仍然有着坚固的贸易基础。中国经济在不断的发展，在当今世界格局中，只有发展好经济，增强综合国力，才能在对外贸易上获得主动权。
